• very comfortable stay, staff had a speech translator ready to translate any language on the go • they’re able to send and receive luggages, you may also leave the luggages with the front desk after checking out and hours before checking in (check in strictly at 3pm) • lobby is on level 3, level 1 has a 7-11 with an atm and fully stocked heated section • no 17 rooms at the corner from level 7 and below will be able to see the light from their hotel sign at night but the blinds could block most of it out • air conditioning has both cooling and heating functions • bus from sendai stops directly outside the hotel and hotel is a short walk away from the JR station • will definitely return

The food was great I have no complaints there. The bathroom was amazing. I wish I had that bathroom in my house. It gave me great ideas so when I build my own home I am going to find the same style and same fixtures. Super amazing.

Nice modern hotel with a compact room that has everything, including a oval shape bathtub with bath powder provided at the reception area. The water pressure is very good. Buffet breakfast was sumptous with choice of Japan and American set. Overall a pleasant stay. Will stay again.

A short (2-5 minutes) walk away from the train station, and even closer to a major bus terminal. The bathroom is fantastic. So much space. Great water pressure. All recent appliances (Toto brand, if I remember correctly). There is a good convenience store downstairs. The breakfast was way above average. Staff were as competent and polite as you'd expect from this chain. They speak English and are willing to help. Free drip coffee pouches! It's a wonder to me how other hotel chains can get away with not offering this basic service.

The room and the bathroom are the most spacious I have seen so far into my 16th-day trip from Hokkaido down to Yamagata. The location is a short walk to JR station and is surrounded by numerous eateries. The hotel also provided bath salt, which is an added bonus. Wifi connection is speedy, and in-room TV provides connection via Chromecast. The hotel and facilities are modern and clean! I will definitely return to stay if there is a chance to be back!

Location was superb being only a 5 minute walk to Yamagata station and having access to a 7/11 on the ground floor and restaurants nearby. The hotel room was clean, modern, and spacious, with an extremely large bed and bathroom, and an amazing view of the city out the window. It was hands down the best hotel room we've stayed in yet! Not to mention the price was great value for money. Last but not least, the staff, who were extremely nice and friendly. Special thank you to Matsuda who checked us in and was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again :)

Fantastic hotel room with decent amount of space. We stayed here for skiing at Zao Onsen and it was so nice to come back to freshly made comfortable beds and a huge warm shower with amazing water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful and location was great with easy 2 minute walk to the train and bus stations as well as various restaurants. We will definitely come here again!

The hotel is in a central position, near the railway station, in an area with a lot of restaurants and shop. At 1st floor there is a direct access to a convenience-store, so useful in case you need something last minute. Check-in time very fast. The rooms are quite small - but this seems to be the standard in Japan - whereas the bathroom is bigger than the standard, with big shower box and bath-tub. Possibility to choose between asian or western breakfast.

Very clean, room has good amount of space, the bath was big and beautiful. The room has big floor to ceiling window overlooking the city. The hotel was very close to the train station and restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The functional space were nice, clean and beautiful. It was very good value for money.
